Tim has been my coach for 5 months now and I can’t believe the improvements that I have seen since I started to work with him. The winter is harsh where I live, so nearly all my training has been indoors. Tim’s varied training plans have kept me interested and motivated while also helping me to get noticeably stronger on the bike.

Most importantly, as a father of 3 small children and the busy life that goes with it, Tim has helped me to achieve these gains from only 6-7hrs of training a week.

Bloody hell I'm turning into a different rider. Strong field today and the course is not the fasted and not the quickest day. I won the event in 51.21 not far off the course record held by Richard Prebble at his best on a float day. But I think the fact I won by 2 mins and put in 4 mins over a big rival who is going well winning events in his own right says a lot for the training you given me over the last few weeks, it's a game changer. Still there more to come and its gives me a lot of confidence knowing that my training is putting me in the best shape I can be.
