About me

I’ve been immersed in high-performance cycling since 2015, when, at the age of 23, I became the Performance Manager of Rapha Condor JLT. After two successful years in this role, I moved up to the World Tour, becoming the Performance Manager of EF Education First. My journey continued when I joined Team Bahrain McLaren and I am proud to still be working with Bahrain Victorious today.

I spent the majority of my youth on my bike and raced for the GB under-23 team, but my short time competing ended at the age of 20 due to an autoimmune disease. While this marked the end of my racing days, it quickly opened a new chapter as I discovered a passion for coaching. I’ve been fortunate enough to work alongside some of the world’s best coaches and have had the privilege of collaborating with multiple world and Olympic champions.

My coaching philosophy centers around the athlete. I believe in focusing on the process rather than the outcome. By honing in on daily actions and consistent progress, the results will naturally follow. Each athlete’s journey is unique, and my approach is to support that individual path to help you reach your full potential.
